Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Fresh Face I have oily, acne prone skin so I am very aware that removing ALL the makeup from my face at night is important. I have tried several other brands version of "deep clean" and/or "oil-free" makeup removers and I come back to these every time. With these removers, I can take my makeup off right when I get home and then wait several hours before washing my face and putting on my acne medicine and moisturizer where as with other removers I usually have to wash my face right away as it feels greasy, slimy and not clean at all. THANK YOU for making this product! Dec 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best for oilier areas of your skin This product is amazing. I've seen a lot of complaints about it being too harsh on the eyes. I use this on the oilier areas of my face and places on my body that I tend to breakout. I use the regular Makeup Remove Cleansing Towelettes on the more sensitive areas like my eyes. I think that's the key. These cleared my skin up where I used to get breakouts. These are also good for a quick cleanup post-workout. Better for sweat/dirt/grime than the regular ones. Oct 21, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too Harsh! It removes my mascara relatively well but leaves my eyes burning afterward. The product is way too harsh! Aug 7, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Allergic Reaction After 2 days of using this product I noticed an allergic reaction on my forehead. (red spots) I'm assuming the level of alcohol on this product caused this reaction. I suffered from exzema few years ago and since then I'm very careful with the products I use, I thought Neutrogena was good for sensitive skin, but it did the opposite. Jun 19, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Harsh on skin around eyes I've never had issues with skin cleansers and have used the regular Neutrogena cleansing wipes for a few years. Tried the Deep Clean and after a few weeks the skin around my eyes became dry, red and flakey. Almost feel burned. The wipes work well as far as removing makeup, etc. but think they are much too harsh. Have had to switch to the Gentle cleansing and Natural moisturizer, and no make up for a while until it heals. I still like Neutrogena products but not the Deep Clean wipes. Beware. Jun 9, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Allergic Reaction I started to use this about a week ago. After 3 days I notice by face was dry and patches started to form. I let it go for a few days thinking it would just go away on its own but it didn't. At this moment I have a dry rash all over my face and under my chin. These were the areas I used the wipes on. Tomorrow, I have a doctor's appointment to see what they can do to get my face back to normal. I have been experiencing pain and itchiness all over my face and neck. Even if my hair brushes against my face it's painful. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Mar 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleans well and leaves my skin feeling fresh I know many other reviewers have complained about the fragrance of this product, but I found it quite pleasant. I admit it may be off-putting to those used to unscented products, but it is a clean scent. My skin feels totally clean after use, but not tight or dry. It removes every trace of make-up, even mascara. Nov 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by switched from cvs brand I wfas using the cvs brand, and after couple of months, my face didn't feel super clean. I found these, cause I thought I was in cvs, but was in Walgreens, and got these..no parabans, and I love that it has salycilic acid..my face responds really well to this..non drying and I am 53.
