This was a disaster!!!
I have used several Neutrogena products over the years with great success, but the Healthy Volume Waterproof Mascara is just awful. It began flaking before I was finished applying it,
and it clumped no matter what I did - wiping the wand first, using an eyelash comb etc. Nothing worked. Steer clear of this one.

It looks so natural - just better
I bought the brown black version and it looks so natural - just better. It enhances your lashes without clumping or sticking. It looks just great. Best Mascara I've found in the past couple of years. Will buy again...

Did Not Like
It looked clumpy...and After washing my makeup off at night, I would wake up in the morning looking like a raccoon. The black under my eyes was hard to get off.

THE BEST MASCARA!
This mascara is the best I've found so far! It is waterproof as promised and it doesn't clump. The only thing I don't care for is the brush. The brush is a little too long for me so I prefer a shorter brush. But other than that, it's the only mascara I use!

Great! Met all my expectations!
I'm a competitive swimmer. I wanted truly waterproof mascara so that I could wear my makeup to practice without it running all over my face! This mascara has met all my expectations. It makes my eyelashes look GREAT and is really waterproof! It gives my lashes enough thickness and volume without weighing them down. Awesome job Nuetrogena!

Thick volume that's natural looking.
The brush is great. It allows application to be close to the corners of your eye so it's easy to put on. Lashes feel soft and light-weight and they are separated with no clumps or smudges - really a perfect mascara!

Horrible!
I have been happy with Neutrogena products for over 30 years, but this is awful! smears all over and then you can't get it off, even with eye makeup remover when you want it to come off!

It's Okay
I tried this mascara and was not impressed. It wasn't the most awful mascara I have ever used, but I will not be buying again. The brush is way to big for my taste, and as for the actual product itself, it's very waxy, sticky, and clumpy. My lashes stuck together horribly, and it wasn't buildable, at all. This was disappointing, because I liked all the benefits it said it has :( Overall, not a good mascara.
