Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Forever my favorite makeup remover for my face! I've been using these wipes for a year now (recommended to me by my best friend) and I honestly love them! I use them every time I remove my face makeup (I like using the oil free eye makeup remover by Neutrogena for my eye makeup) and my face is 100% clean after using them. I have sensitive skin as well so props to this product for being so gentle! :) Mar 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wipes really work and cleanse skin thoroughly! I have never used any type of cleansing or makeup remover wipes before. I purchased Neutrogena wipes after breaking my nose b/c I was unable to wash my face with regular scrub or cleanser. Well, I'm hooked! These wipes remove all dirt and oil on days when I don't wear makeup and they remove my makeup (including eyeliner and mascara) when I have a full face on. I love them! :) Feb 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by broke my skin out I usually wear makep everyday, and would use these wips to take it off. It started to irritate my eye and nose area after about 3 uses my eye broke out. I threw the wips away, after about a week my eyes returned to normal. Jan 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not use these wipes I used these wipes for years. Gradually I developed what I thought was adult onset acne, unsightly, infected lesions all over my face, which I could not control. I tried many remedies suggested by my dermatologist, none of which worked. Why did it take me so long to think of stopping using the wipes? Perhaps because I could not think that a reputable company could market a product with these side effects. Perhaps because I thought a dermatologist would have known of these issues with Neutrogena. My acne disappeared almost immediately after stopping using the wipes. Jan 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Stuff I use a waterproof mascara and just one towelette takes all my make up off and leaves my face soft with no need to use creams or lotions. Jan 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Removed my makeup but left me with a rash I bought this product about a month ago because I was tired of the old product I was using. I used this product to remove my makeup every night before going to bed. After 3 or 4 days I noticed a rash starting to develop on my chin and the sides of my mouth. I had no clue what was causing it. Then I realized the rash would flare up after using this product. I hadn't changed anything about my lifestyle or diet that would lead to a change in my skin so I concluded it must be the makeup removing wipes. I decided to do some research and I read some reviews. Turns out I'm not the only one who developed a rash from using this product. I stopped using the product right after I made the conclusion and the rash has subsided. My skin still remains dry and slightly flaky but I'm sure that will pass. On a good note it did remove my makeup quite well. All in all I won't ever buy this product again. Jan 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Jennifer Garner Commercial I noticed in your commercial that when Ms, Garner uses the wipe, with her eye closed, the mascara and the eye shadow are in the wrong places on the product after she removes the makeup. With your eye closed, the shadow would be on the top and the mascara on the bottom. This makes your product look deceitful. Why didn't anyone from your company catch this before producing this commercial? I like your products and trust the Neutrogena name but this commercial is not up to standard. Jan 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Why did you change I have been using your facial cleansing cloths for years. today I picked up a pack and when I opened the cloths they were overwhelming. The new fragrance is horrible. I will be returning them to store and never using this product again. It would be wise to let your consumers know that you added this horrible strong scent to your product . I have rewashed my face and hands three times and this product smell will not come off. Shame on you.... Dec 12, 2014

Gently wipe your face with a towelette, removing dirt and all traces of face and eye makeup. Do not rinse. Dispose of the towelette in a trash receptacle (do not flush).
