Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good deal for daily use I use this product along with the the Neutrogena Naturals Refreshing Facial Cleanser. I have oily skin and am Asian. My chin is my problem area for breakouts. I have not experienced redness from any of these products, more breakouts than usual, or tingling/burning. May 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gentle Make-up Remover I really love this cleanser. I stopped using pretty harsh benzoyl peroxide products about two years ago and looked for something that would be kinder to my skin. I love the fact that this removes every drop of make-up, even water-proof mascara, has a nice scent and is gentle to my sensitive skin. I've been really happy with this product and will continue to use it. Apr 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stuff! I really like this cleanser; it melts my makeup right off and it's gentle enough to use on my eyes without burning. I can just take all my makeup off and cleanse all at once with this, rather than scrubbing my eyes with eye makeup remover first. It also smells really nice and doesn't irritate my skin. I've tried so many acne cleansers to try to help with my breakouts, and those types of products actually made me break out even more. I found that my skin responds much better to more gentle, natural cleansers and this fits the bill. For those talking about the pump being difficult to open, it is confusing because with most pumps, it will pop up when it's open. This one doesn't do that, and it really confused me for a while too. Just turn the pump counter-clockwise, it will open but it won't pop up like you're expecting it to. I love this stuff and I'd definitely buy it again. Great value for the price. Apr 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I LOVE this product! Originally I was buying a $35 bottle of facial cleanser because I thought it was the best thing ever. And boy, was I wrong! I had a coupon for this product and decided to try it out. Not only was it cheap to begin with but the coupon made it even better! This is literally the best makeup removing cleanser I have ever bought! You can literally see the makeup melting of your face when you're washing it. My skin has cleared up and I love the way it makes it feel! This product has a very light clean scent to it and I swear by it! Jan 17, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by How do you get the pump to work? I recommend the product but I have seen several reviewers address the problem of getting the pump to work. But I have yet to see a response from your company. No direction on the container about this either. Is someone at Neutrogena paying attention? My husband and I both have PhDs but we're not stupid! (Just clueless about something that should be so simple!) Jan 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My acne and sensitive prone skin is healed! I have struggled with acne and extremely sensitive skin my entire life and have used so many different products on the market. I have even been prescribed heavy duty acne fighting medication to help fight my acne. I discovered the naturals line and decided to give the make up remover a try. My acne has improved TREMENDOUSLY since starting to use this product and the facial cleanser. My skin looks so much brighter and is very soft now! Finally finding a product that reduces my acne without aggravating my sensitive skin has been a HUGE weight off my shoulders :) Thank you for creating this line, and product! Dec 7, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Contains "Fragrance" I thought this was a fragrance-free version of the Pore Refining Toner (which I no longer buy, because even though it doesn't smell at all, it still contains the term "fragrance" in the list of ingredients), but this "Naturals" cleanser is NOT a toner. Apparently, there is no toner in this product line. This product smells awful - of chemicals. I couldn't use it even once because of the overpowering chemical stench - I returned it. I have had to switch to another mfg. that offers phthalate-free, -paraben-free, AND FRAGRANCE-FREE products. Unfortunately, their toner product contains a slight tint of dye, so I'm still looking for one that is also dye-free. New flash: People who don't want dye, -parabens, or phthalates in their skin products, ALSO do NOT WANT FRAGRANCE EITHER, which NOT an "ingredient", but is a catch-all term for legally hiding ingredients the mfg doesn't want you to know about. You may have noticed "FRAGRANCE-FREE" on all kinds of things now, including laundry detergent, dish liquid, cosmetics, etc.. If people don't want "fragrance" chemicals on their clothes & linens, you can be sure they don't want it on their skin/face. Not to mention, the stink of the chemicals used to produce artificial "fragrance" cause me to have immediate headaches and sinus problems. Nov 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Why would you do that?! I have been a longtime fan of Neutrogena products, from skin care to cosmetics. I used to be a Clinique girl, but tried Neutrogena when I just didn't have time to get to the mall. My skin stays nicer, and there's no cost comparison. BUT I tried the Naturals because my skin is sensitive -- I picked up the Naturals cleanser because I could see it had no dyes, and my fault for not reading the label clearly. But why would you go to the trouble of making a product with no dyes, and then put an overpowering sickly-sweet fragrance in it? Newsflash, folks -- if we're sensitive to dyes, we're probably sensitive to fragrance, too (and this one just smells bad, anyway). I can't use it at all on my face -- the fragrance overpowers my perfume, and because it's right there under my nose, that's all I smell. Leaves my skin dry and itchy, too. I tried using it just as a hand soap so I at least don't have to throw it away, but even that is overpowering. I've gone to another brand of sensitive-skin cleanser -- and I won't be back, as it is gentle enough for my skin, and it doesn't smell bad. Oct 27, 2014
