Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good for oily skin Let's start out with: I absolutely love the smell, packaging, and the color/consistency. I think that this product is good for more oily than acne prone skin, though. I have considerable acne and it did not clear up in the month and a half I was using it. It also made my skin dry and flaky. But, hey, everyone has different skin so maybe this would work better for someone else. Mar 28, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Definitely Works I decided to try out this facial cleanser because I was having problems with the appearance of my face. This facial cleanser has a nice feel to it. I don't favor the smell too much, but it's not bad. My face has significantly cleared up since I started using this. I will definitely be buying another bottle. Feb 6, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Did its job I’m a member of a rewards community on Crowdtap. All opinions are my own and this post has not been edited by third parties. My overall experience was good. It did its job for only 2 weeks so im in need of a new product. I need a product that can keep my acne away for as long as possible and this one didn't do it for me. Feb 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works really well for me. I’m a member of a rewards community on Crowdtap. All opinions are my own and this post has not been edited by third parties. My experience with this product was overall good! It left my face feeling super soft and smooth. It also made my sensitive skin less red. I'm not really fond of the smell of it though... Feb 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by AWESOME FOR OILY AND COMBINATION SKIN. I have combination skin and this really helps get rid of that nasty acne. It can be very drying if you already have dry skin so i would not recommend if you have dry skin. I have somewhat sensitive skin and it did not irritate or anything. Feb 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Excessive dryness I have always been using Neutrogena products as they suit my skin a lot. Recently my experience with the Grapefruit facial cleanser was too bad. Is says its good for acne, but my skin started peeling on 2nd day itself. I really want to know if its a product defect or what. I am too disappointed by Neutrogena this time. Feb 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Red and irritated I tried this product years ago and discontinued because it was drying out my face. I decided to try it again and the reaction after 2 days of using the product has caused my skin to dry out and even caused swelling below the eyes. I have always believed in Neutrogena products to be hypo-allergenic but this formula must be too harsh for my skin. I am normal to oily in the T zone. Jan 31, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Experience ever!! Bought this product 3 days ago. Decided to give it a try as soon as I got home, washed my face, dried it and as soon as I looked in the mirror my face was completely red! I thought the redness would go away but it just got worse, my face was not only red but now it was also swollen and accompanied by the worse itching I ever felt! 3 days later and the swelling has gone down but it's still super red and extremely itchy and dry! I'm seriously considering going to the doctor because this face wash seriously messed up my face. I haven't used this product since the first day and I will never use this product again! Jan 29, 2015
