Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by horrible experience I had a horrible experience using this product. My face was red and blistered for days after use. Jan 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Buyers Beware!!! I used this product for 3 days straight, once a day. It cleared up most of my acne and blackheads. Then my skin became painfully dry and stiff! It literally hurts to smile. I've stopped using it and had to buy some extreme moisturizer which still only helps for a little while. The directions say to use twice a day, please don't do that! This product should only be used maybe once a week. It should be pulled from the shelves until the directions are changed. Jan 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This product is very aggresive I used this product for three days in a row. At first it worked really well, I felt my face clean and soft. However after the third use I felt my face as if it was cracking. Today is the third day I feel my face burning, in fact it has started to peel and now not only does it feel terrible but also looks awful. I have read other reviews of this product and Neutrogena's replies are only a copy-paste, as a self-proclaimed "dermathologist-recommended" brand, the least you could do is advice us on how we can re-moisturize our skin. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Burned My Face!!! I used this product a total of three times. It seemed to work at first and then today my face started to immediately feel hot and uncomfortable. Within a few hours I have a fully red, rashy, bumpy and PAINFUL face. This the only different product I used. I'm trying to help it by moisturizing but even that hurts. Never again will I purchase your products. Jan 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It is not for every skin type I've used this product for almost a week and I need to stop. The redness and drying is frustrating and noticeable. It's also almost painful. It is possible that using the product once or twice a week would prevent this but I need a product I can use daily. My guess is that my skin does not react well to the Salicylic acid. It smells good and my daughter is using it (she does not think it helps her either). Jan 7, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LOVE this product! Not sure why people only give this product 3 stars???I have used just about every acne wash product that I could find. Some were generic and supposed to work just like this pink grapefruit product… they do NOT!! I have had to go back to this product at least 5 times !!! It just works! Also, I have combination, sensitive skin that is prone to black heads and break outs. This foaming scrub works beautifully. It clears my skin and keeps it looking beautiful. I get compliments. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by GAVE ME AN ALLERGIC REACTION! I have NEVER in my life broken out in an allergic reaction due to a product. This did it. I used it twice and my face feels like it has poison ivy all over it. I had previously been using the Fresh Foaming Cleanser by Neutrogen, but had recently started breaking out. I decided to stay with a Neutrogena product because I had enjoyed the other face wash so much. I don't know what is in this that my face is allergic to, but there should be a warning or something.
