Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DO NOT USE!!! I always use Neutrogena products, even the makeup. I used this product as I had ran out of my usual Neutrogena face wash and wanted to try something different. Worst mistake ever! Used on Sunday night and by Monday my face was itching, burning and has small whitehead pimples all over my face. I am so angry that this product is still on the shelves available to consumers after all the horrible reviews. I am now having to go to the dermatologist to see if there is anything that can be done to reverse these effects. Neutrogena should be ashamed that they are subjecting people to this kind of pain and suffering! Apr 29, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not buy!! I barley bought this product 3 days ago and i have big red rashes all over my face, bumps and little white pimples. i had good skin before using this product. i bought it to prevent my breakouts. I am so upset and don't know how to get rid of the irritation! and it itches so bad! Apr 28, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 No good I've been using the cream cleanser (in the orange bottle) for years. Haven't had a breakout in months, and when I do get breakouts they are small and manageable. The pink grapefruit foaming scrub is all that CVS had when I ran out of my cream cleanser this time, so I bought it. What a disappointment I'm three days into using it and have had 3 huge breakouts. Definitely not worth the $11. I will never be buying this product again. It got 2 stars instead of 1, because it does smell nice. Apr 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My skin is dry, red, patchy and itchy I used this product and it has made my face extremely dry, and extremely itchy with red patches. I will not be purchasing nor using this product again my face looks and feels horrible. Apr 12, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My Face is on Fire the first time I used this product I went to bed with my face burning. I didnt think much of it and used this facial scrub again the following night. I woke up the next morning with very irritated, itchy red bumps around my nose area, chin, and forehead. and my eyes and face were swollen.. I discontinued the product immediately and threw it in the trash. the next day after I discontinued the product my face was still puffy.. and all those red tiny bumps became tiny whitehead pimples all over my face.. then my face began scabbing and peeling.. my face looks like it has a chemical burn Apr 8, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Don't give up just yet... (I have combination skin by the way, it just wasn't in the drop down) I have used this product for about a year know, and it's great. BUT when I first started using it, I had a lot more acne and my skin was quite dry and irritated. After about two weeks, my skin adjusted and I rarely get any acne. During the "adjustment" period I really recommend that you build up your use of this product. I started with about 3-4 times a week (using a gentle cleanser on the other days) and then eventually once a day (currently I still use this product once a day, twice is too much). My current routine consists of cleansing (at night, again only ONCE a day), toning and moisturising (especially for dry skin this is super DUPER important) Apr 7, 2015
