Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Good I had used the product for three days (only once per day) thinking it would help my acne. Now instead I have dry skin around my mouth, and chin. I feel really bummed out. Apr 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Yuck!!! DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE! It dried out my skin. It actually made the redness worse than before. It contributed only to make my acne worse. So no thank you neutrogena. :(( I wish I could have a refund. Apr 7, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Started getting little pimples around my mouth! I just used it twice and when I woke up, my skin felt so dry and itchy. I am also feeling a burning sensation. The next day the pimple multiplied. I don't know what to do. I can't go out looking like this ! I would definitely won't use it again ! Apr 4, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My skin is dry, flaky, red and burning I have only used this product twice. First time left my skin soft and fresh, but the second time i used it at night before bed and woke up the next morning with red burning skin around my mouth, nose, cheeks and neck! I am extremely disappointed as I am now embarrassed of my face and will be visiting a doctor. Apr 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by cleans face, prevents acne The active ingredient salicylic acid is proven by research to be the best defense against acne. Drying of the skin is necessary so the dead skin falls off. If this dead skin stays on your face it will clog pores and cause acne. RINSE thoroughly and use only once a day. More often if your skin tolerates it. Use a small amount, dilute it and massage the skin before rinsing. Apr 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Puffy eyes and dry burning skin I bought this product as I usually buy a Tea Tree type product or spot preventing type product. I used for 2 days over the weekend and by Monday my right eye was swollen, and my skin was dry and painful, by Tuesday both eyes were swollen, day three after visiting Dr and taking antihistamines, the swelling in my eyes has reduced, but my skins is red and burning. I can't wear any make up and feel horrible, thanks for nothing! Apr 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's great but it's not at the same time! I started using this product because I noticed that my acne was starting to pick up! I heard great reviews so I thought I'd try it out! It's not bad at all but it's so drying! It really puts a damper on your self-esteem when your skin looks like it's peeling from sunburn..but all the time? It got rid of my pimples and scarring I think, but my skin is so sensitive and so irritated and flaky and dry that's hard to continue using it, especially when I feel that it's hurting me more then I'm benefiting from it. I do however use this product in the morning and before bed as my wash as the directions said, so I'm going to cut back on my use of it to see if the conditions improve! Mar 30, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Soo drying! After about 2/3 days of use the skin around my chin, mouth, and sides of nose are so dry and flaky. My skin is usually extremely oily (seriously, when I do my morning makeup routine finishing with powder, my skin is already oily by the time I'm leaving my house), so I'm very surprised that this has made me driest exactly where I'm usually at my oiliest. I stopped using it, and I'm really concerned. I'm blotchy, I look like I have wind burn all over my face, it even shows through foundation and powder! My main concern is that it's been 4 days of constant moisturising (I have used 6 different moisturisers, they just get soaked up by my skin with no moisturising effect), and I've been using extra moisture face masks, applying organic honey, sweet almond oil, virgin olive oil- you name it, no improvement in dryness. It's almost as if my skin stopped producing sebum, and as bad as my oily skin was, I preferred it to this blotchy brown/red/flaky mess. At least my skin was an even colour before. Hating this.
