Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by Brad C. Please Bring Back the *40 oz* Bottle to COSTCO
Hello...yet another disappointed Costco shopper review here. I have not been able to get Rainbath in the warehouse and I have e-mailed Costco as well. Hopefully you guys are paying attention and working with them to return Rainbath to Costco warehouses. It is my favorite body soap by far and can be used for shaving as well-truly a wonderful product and for that I am grateful.
However, it seems like Neutrogena is discontinuing the 40 oz. bottles and replacing them with 32 oz. While this wouldn't be a terrible thing, what is disconcerting is that the price per ounce has increased 29% ($21.99 for 32 oz. on Neutrogena.com) over Costco's original price of $16.99 for 40 oz. This also doesn't take into account shipping costs, which I'm sure add a bit as well.
While I realize every company needs to make a profit, I don't feel this justifies shrinking bottles, raising prices almost 1/3 overnight, and damaging the relationship you have with your longstanding customers. I am aware that it is available at Sam's Club, but I have no intention of buying anything from a company that pays their employees so poorly. Please listen to your loyal customers and bring back the 40 oz. Rainbath to Costco!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by SoaplessInSanDiego I Looked All Over Costco Today But Didn't Find It
I have been buying the 40 oz. size at Costco since I swore off bar soap half a lifetime ago, but now it's gone and I'm getting frantic. We just opened our last bottle today. One pump gets me through a shower, but my wife uses two. Please don't make me have to ration her supply, the drought down here is bad enough.
Yes, I know Sam's Club has it but who wants to join another club. And no, the itty bitty size bottles at places like Target are not a good value, and Amazon's price is almost twice what Costco's coupon deal was so please help. Thanks for listening.

I have been buying Neutrogena at Costco for as long as I can remember. I love this bath gel as it is great for my extremely sensitive skin! It is also the best thing for the planet to buy the largest container possible to reduce waste when using Rainbath daily. Please sell at Costco again and bring back the large bottles. Thanks!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by INeedMyRainbath I'm lost without Rainbath
I'm a little late to the party, but I'm going to jump on the Costco bandwagon here. I rarely even go to Costco, but when I do I stock up on Rainbath (it's a huge part of why I go in the first place). When I didn't see it last week, I went to several CVS and Walgreen's stores and was horrified to see that they did not not have it either, and the shelf labels/price tags for the product were gone. My fear was that it was discontinued entirely, but if that's (please please please) not the case, I would love a list of which retailers still carry Rainbath.

this is the only product that does not make my skin break out. Sam's club still carries it so if COSTCO is not going to bring it back I will switch my membership. YOu will probably censor this but at least someone saw it.

I have relied on this product for years. I have always bought the 40 oz bottle from COSTCO due to the covience of the local COSTCO. The stores that carry this product are in various locations around me. I go to those stores infrequently which means I will not be able to buy this product as often as I use to. I hope that your company and COSTCO can make this product available again.

I have been using this shower gel for 5 years and am still loving it. Very disappointed that it is no longer available in Costco.

Why on earth did you and COSTCO agree to no longer sell RAINBATH.? I prefer the 40 ounce size and have used it since PRICE CLUB became COSTCO. Please bring it back.m
