Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by HealthyHair73 Amazing results after 1 use!
My daughter has frequent flair ups of scaly dandruff and has used various shampoos with mixed success. One use of this shampoo removed all the scales and her scalp looks great. She also had no need to condition her hair, which was an added bonus to her scalp. Great product.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 T/Sal alternative to Rx Topical Solutions
I have chronic dermatitis of the scalp. There are topical solutions available by prescription which deal with the loose and flaking skin, but these solutions have side-effects which lead to restrictions on use; e.g., apply twice a day for two weeks, then skip a week. Rather than stay indoors every third week I now follow a suggestion from my dermatologist. In the evening I apply T/Sal liberally to my scalp about 20-30 minutes before I shower. Then I use a shampoo with zinc to remove the T/Sal, rinse and apply conditioner. My scalp remains 90-99% clear day in and day out.

I bought it hoping my dryness/itchiness would end. The first week it worked well, but not perfect. The week after I would feel relief only during the day I shampoo. In the evening my scalp would itch like crazy again... ;/

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0Â by Carol2801 My scalp is itching like crazy
I used this for the first time two days ago because it's supposed to prevent shampoo itching. I had to order a prescription from the doctor to ease my itching. And I foolishly bought six of them!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 I itch even more
I foolishly bought six of these after reading reviews but my scalp itches even more! It would be really difficult for me to return these by mail because I'm disabled and I threw all of the packaging away....you would think I would know better, I'm 82 years old!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by sunbeamgurl extremely bad scalp psoriasis and dandruff
I have super thick hair and the longer it is, the worse my scalp gets. I have dandruff but I also get psoriasis patches on my scalp and hairline. Nothing was working and I couldn't stand using a topical cream as it made my hair greased. I got this and it is amazing!! I do use a hair brush when I wash my hair with this, to make sure and rub the shampoo onto my scalp. I use the brush in circle motions against my scalp. On my own, it's tough since my hair is so thick. The first day my scalp no longer itched!!! Also all my psoriasis patches had the scales off. Within a week of daily use everything was gone! I use it every other day now and have for 3 months. It is like all my problems disappeared!!! Love it!!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by HockeyGuy Saved this poor hockey goalie
I have been through the ringer with scalp acne breakouts. I have used all sorts of shampoos, changed the type of pillow case, etc but had no relief from breakouts on the back of my head. I generally have oily hair and being a hockey goalie the goalie mask can be abrasive against skin while sweating and causes breakouts at the point of contact on my scalp (sides of head and back of head). I finally got the relief I needed from the T/Sal product as my new shampoo, within a week I was clear and discomfort free! Continuing to use this after hockey games has been a lifesaver! I tried everything!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0Â by Stormy Good Product
I have horrible skin (Ichthyosis, psoriasis, keratosis, very, very dry skin) and the older I get (63 now) the more skin conditions I develop. As of late it's the excruciatingly itchy, flaky scalp. My Dermatologist recommended the T/Sal. It works well and the itching insanity has ended. I have to wonder if some of the reviews are actually for T/Gel? I think that does have and unpleasant odor but not the T/Sal. T/Sal has no fragrance that I can detect. I wish I could find the T/Sal conditioner. This product does what it is suppose to do. I think the product labeling should include that it is safe for color treated hair. That is a selling feature that Neutrogena is missing out on!
