Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scaly dry scalp Bought TSal after reading product info on website. My daughter has had very scaly dry skin on the majority of her scalp for several years. We have used the product three times and are already seeing results on her scalp. The scales are significantly reduced and we are starting to see regular skin on her scalp. Her hair is already looking a lot shinier/healthier too. Still have a ways to go with her scalp, but am very surprised at how quickly we are seeing results! If this continues, her scalp will likely be all cleared up in a few weeks! Wish I would have found this for her years ago. Jun 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WORKS I have looked for a shampoo that would replace my RX shampoo. After my insurance changed, my RX was $300. So, I tired this product and it really has improved my scalp conditions. I have been buying this for years! Jun 3, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by works wonders for my Seborrheic Dermatitis I randomly started having bad dandruff, which turned into patches of flaky skin on my scalp. I tried many products - dandruff shampoo, 'all natural' tea tree shampoo, and even Neutrogena T-Gel. Nothing seemed to work, I didn't like the way T-Gel left my hair. Finally one day I noticed T-Sal at the store, and figured I would try it. I was completely sold after the first time I used it. My dandruff significantly went away after one time. I used it almost every day for about a month. I still had some small patches on my scalp, so I made a dermatologist apt. To make a long story a little shorter, he prescribed some $100 shampoo. In then end, T-Sal works just as well (and leaves my hair feeling better). I will probably use this product for life (or until my scalp completely clears up). I do have a question on how it reacts with color-treated hair. Thanks for making a great product. Apr 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pretty good for psoriasis I have had scalp psoriasis in varying forms for the past 10-12 years. Although I ultimately use a prescription steroid fluid to control my issues, I wanted to see if an OTC shampoo could provide some relief. My dermatologist gave me samples of this product. The first time I used it, it felt great. I could feel it working and it really cleared things up. Although I still have to use the prescription fluid to really control my issues, this provides good maintenance and seems to work. Mar 28, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Solution for Seborrheic Dermatitis I have recently (past few years) developed Seborrheic Dermatitis on my scalp. At first I had no clue what it was. It wasn't the normal off and on dandruff I have had but worse. I finally found out what it was and looked for home treatments. Everything I found pointed me to T/Sal. I was skeptical and didn't like the price and amount of product you get. Well it has made a world of difference for me. After use for a few weeks the seborrhea all but disappeared. It is a fantastic product for those who suffer from this condition or very bad dandruff. Be carefull when first starting out as it can burn your scalp a little. But you know it's working as the longer you use it the less it burns which means you are healing. Unfortunately I cannot purchase it as much as I wish as it is often not in stock and the price is sometimes not feasible for me. I am no doctor but can tell you this shampoo helped me and should help you as well. Mar 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Scalp is healthier and dandruff under control Started using T-sal about 3 months ago,mid-winter because my scalp was all itchy, painful to touch, losing lot of hair and severe dandruff. The usual shampoos didnt work.Used it twice/thrice per week and just finished the bottle recently. My scalp is much better now with the pain gone and pretty much less itchy, hair fall is lesser too.Dandruff is also under control.Wish i could get another one during the sales, because drugstore price are too high.Apart from that very happy about this product. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Doctor (Dermatologist) & I, best for blondes Seborrhia Dermatitis is no fun. In addition to laser UVB treatments, the ONLY shampoo product I have found, is Neutrogena s' Salicylic Acid. It doesn't change my color! ! :) And, in well over 5 years of "trying" everything I have... this product worksPLUS leaves my hair soft and shiny. Mar 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relief! AHHH...finally something that works! I've had serious dandruff for about 15 years. In my 20's I used to use the T-Gel with coal tar in it and that worked for awhile, but over the past 10 years or so I have just suffered thinking nothing would work. My scalp was so itchy with millions of flakes and scales falling off daily. I actually resorted to shaving my head a couple times to put my scalp in direct sunlight, which is the only real cure. Since I'm a professional, that's not really a year round solution so I tried vinegar and lemon juice to try and change the P.H balance of my scalp and prevent the fungus from growing (yes dandruff is fungus), which actually works pretty well, but it's impractical. A couple years ago, I started using liquid dandruff relief that contained salicylic acid and that stuff worked great, but again very impractical as I felt i needed to dunk my head in a bucket full of it. Last week at the drug store, my dandruff was really out of control so I headed to the shampoo aisle to see if there was something new and a bottle of T-SAL caught my eye. I hadn't known or heard of it before, but I kept looking around and then a light bulb flashed and I thought "I wonder if the SAL is short for salicylic acid that's in that liquid stuff?" I read the ingredients and it was! Bada Bing! I used this stuff and it works great...not 100% flake free, but it's 98% better, which is a huge difference in my book! Feb 22, 2015
