Not up to Neutrogena's Standards
Had a similar experience to the previous reviewer! Purchased a fresh bottle of Wet Kids 70 right before hitting the pool. Applied HEAVILY, out of windy area, and waited 15 min. We got TOASTED, even after reapplying one hour later. I love Neutrogena's products, especially the Face Shield brand of their sunscreen, and the Wet Kids block was just not up to their usually fine standards. Hoping to get my money back.

Not what I was hoping for
I bought this product beacuse I was interested in it's claims that it can be applied on wet skin. I have 2 young children and we spent the day in and out of the pool the other day. We applied 3 times throughout the day. We are all sunburned! This is the first time that either of my children have been sunburned. I was very surprised since it says it has 85 SPF. I have thrown it away! It was more expensive than other kinds out there. I am very dissapointed. I feel like Neutrogena is a solid brand and this product was NOT up to their standard.
