It’s specially formulated to work on wet or dry skin, and features Helioplex® Technology which helps provide broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection with every application. St. John Approved! Our whole family went on vacation (parents, grandparents, siblings etc) and our 3 year old daughter was the only child who didn't get burned. She was the only one using the Neutrogena wet skin 70+, she was in and out of the pool and ocean every day - all day for 9 days. She barely even got a tan, we made sure to reapply every two hours or so. We would spray her and let her immediately jump in the water. She loved that she didn't have to wait to get in the water and so did we. We will continue to use this product as long as it produces the same results. We also use it on our 14 month old son at our home pool in Virginia.

My baby's broke out SO badWe put this sunblock on for our child's little pool party. Everything looked fine until he came in for the evening.
His poor little back and arms was covered in a rash only in the places we put the sunblock. He complained that it itched an asked for us to put something on it to make it stop.
I will NOT put this on him or my daughter again!

Crispy, even after reapplyingWe took this product on our beach vacation. We were only in the sun for 3 hours & reapplied it half way through, but the whole family was still burnt to a crisp. Definitely will NOT buy again!

Burn Baby Burn!Omg! My four year old and myself are so very burned after following all directions, we are burned worse than if we had just not used any protection. Sleeping tonight will be very difficult due to the fact that we have blisters already. This product seems like it enhances the suns rays to burn. And by the way, we never had exposure to any water source.

Burns Eyes .After spraying this on my Kids and Myself we pretty much spent the rest of the day having to keep our eyes Shut and in severe pain. I thought at some point a trip to emergency was in order. It wasn't just 1, but all of us that used it suffer huge stinging pain in our eyes. In my opinion, this product is dangerous and should not be sold as a Kids product. I wouldn't be surprised if this product gets pulled eventually

This works great on my 3 kids!Neutrogena sun products is all we use. Once we were introduced to this product, everything else went in the trash. My kids love to swim and I never have to worry about them burning.

Allergic ReactionThis product is listed as hypoallergenic. I had a severe skin reaction to this product. I got eczema all over where I had applied the sunscreen, which was pretty much everywhere since I was wearing a bikini. I had to take oral steroids to get rid of the rash. I have not had this reaction to any other sunscreen listed as hypoallergenic. I would not recommend this product to someone with sensitive skin.
