How to use
- Twist bottom of package until product appears on brush (may take up to 10 twists the first time).
- Apply to eye area, clean brush, wipe with dry cloth or tissue.
- Do not wet, or allow water to pass through brush.

For Sunscreen Use: apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure reapply at least every 2 hours use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor

Best Eye Makeup - Reverse tired eyes
Once I found this product years ago no other could compare. I tried expensive products once this product became hard to find. They didn't work half as well. Brightening Eye always made my eyes look refreshed, defining a tired night, stressed day or aging, and sun protection to boot. I found the product the first year it was manufactured and continued to use it faithfully until today.. Because now it is unavailable any where! I have purchased over priced tubes on Amazon, Ebay. I purchased multiple tubes from the Neutrogena site. To say I am disappointed your line up no longer includes your one of your top products in my mind. I have recommended it for years, and those I recommended it to are saying the same thing as I am.. what are you thinking Neutrogena please bring it back! Your current line is lacking, as the application of product doesn't help aging eyes, or tired eyes. News alert some times stick with the tried and true is best! And what's old is new again. Maybe you should have marketed the item with the young social media influencers and watched the sales go through the roof. I am looking for a marketing job.. LOL. Until you bring back this formula I am on the hunt for a replacement.

Love it!
This product is great to cover under eye circles, it conceals and moisturizes skin, leaving a brigten under eye area without rough texture or dry patches. Blends easily and application is delightful due to the pen packaging. Easy to buy at drugstores and affordable. I recommend this product.

Best Concealer Ever!!!!
I am so disappointed you changed your product line Neutrogina. This was the best concealer ever and your Radiant Cream Concealer is awful. I will be moving to an entirely different brand. You blew it not only discontinuing this product, but also you Healthy Skin Moisturizer that I used every day. My guess is you lost many customers due to your rebranding strategy fail

THE BEST CONCEALER EVER!!!
I may have gone through 50 tubes of this product. It is the best ever created. The formula was excellent, the texture, ease of use, color, coverage, bristle, turn pump, size, price. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT PLEASE BRING THE EXACT ONE BACK. There was/is nothing to change. All my years in this industry and honestly nothing tops this concealer and I have tried many. To have used this product for a good decade and now its been pulled...bad decision.

Why can't I find Brightening Eye Perfector (fair)?? I swear by this product and it is never in stock. It is the only product that literally brightens my undereye. It live up to its name. PLEASE GET IT BACK ON STOCK ASAP!

Such a Fantastic Product
Everytime I end up loving a product the manufacturer must sense it and take it off the market!
I have gone from Walgreens to CVS to Target to Walmart and was also searching online and am so disappointed to learn that this product is no longer available. I thought for sure that this site would be the end of my search but to no avail. Like my fellow Neutrogena lovers of this product, I implore you to bring it back on the market, pretty please :-)
