Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Neutrogena.com purchase you can return the products for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for any returns will not be reimbursed by Neutrogena.com unless there was a shipping error or product damage.
Returning or Exchanging a Product
Please note that items purchased from Neutrogena.com must be returned to Neutrogena.com.
- Simply complete the Return Section located at the bottom front of your invoice with the information requested. You may keep the top section of the invoice for your records.
- Package the items to be returned or exchanged in the original packaging (if possible) and enclose the completed Return Section. To insure that your return remains eligible for a refund, please ensure the return package is postmarked within 30 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the invoice.

- Upon receipt of the returned products please allow up to 45 days to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.

Note: Please send your return via an insured shipping method with tracking. We are not responsible for returned shipments that are lost in transit. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
