Retain dated store receipt and take a photo of your receipt with eligible product and price. Upload the image of your full receipt by December 31, 2024. Rebate must be claimed within 14 days of purchase. A mobile phone, email and Venmo account are required. Use of the Venmo transfer is subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the issuer. Limit ONE (1) rebate per receipt submission and household/mobile phone number. No manual receipt reproductions will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late or illegible and incomplete requests, or undelivered submissions. Fraud detection devices may be used to determine eligibility. The use of multiple phone numbers to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Ineligible or incomplete requests will not be honored or returned. Purchase must be made between January 15, 2024 and December 15, 2024. Reimbursement requests must be made by December 31, 2024. Offer good while supplies last.
