I've used this for the last 15 years!I have used this on and off since I was in highschool to prevent and to treat when ever I have body breakouts. I do not have terrible acne, but I do have acne prone skin and I still as an adult get occasional breakouts on my back especially after working out and getting sweaty at the gym. I've tried prescribed stuff from the dermatologist and for my skin this is much better than benzoyl peroxide washes. The scrub is my favorite go to and it also smells really great & fresh and smoothes and removes dead skin. It has salicylic acid in it and is an acne body treatment so it can cause your skin to dry out so it's best to apply a good hypoallergenic lotion when you get out of the shower.

essentialI LOVE this product. My whole life I've had sensitive skin and eczema, I can't use soaps/detergents that are scented or very strong. When I was in high school after much trial and error I found the Neutrogena products and they absolutely work for me (I'm 33 now). I love that the body scrub has salicylic acid in it, (I have yet to find a men's body wash with salicylic acid by the way!!!)
I cannot live without the Body Scrub, the oil free moisture sensitive skin lotion, and the Norwegian body lotion (comparable to CeraVe lotion). The only thing is it's getting harder to find the scrub in stores now, I keep seeing the regular body wash (without the grains) and the grapefruit one. Please do not discontinue this product!! If you do please let me know first so I can buy a couple hundred of them lol

Worked great for me.The salon where I get facials done on my back recommended this one, even though they carry much more expensive products. It was a little bit of secret guerilla intelligence just from the skin tech to me *sshhh* such a good value. Even though some people seem to have an allergic reaction. Don't rub too hard and rinse gently. It is GREAT, really clearing up the acne on my back. I'm using it with one of those long nylon cloths in the shower. Thank you Neutrogena!

This is the only thing that has worked.This is the only thing that has worked. I have tried many different things from normal body wash to really expensive products. I have been using this for a few weeks now and my skin has really improved. Love the smell too!

Please leave out the dyes!Time to listen to what consumers really want: it would be nice if the company refrain from using unnecessary dyes such as Red 40, Red 33, Yellow 6, Yellow 5, and Blue 1. Some people are allergic to these and I honestly wouldn’t mind a color-less body scrub. I would like something more natural. Thanks!

Better than grapefruit tasteI've used more than 3 bottles of this body wash. I tried the grapefruit before so I might get some comparisons between the two body washes from Neutrogena. Before I used it, my back is full of acne. It's not too bad that I need to see a doctor but it did have some acne. After using this body wash, since it has salicylic acid , I feel my back quite clean and not has rough skin anymore. But, it should be combined with other acne gel or cream to help you get rid of the acne. The texture is thick and not easy to spread out. The grapefruit is more liquidity but I prefer the body scrub 's smell than the grapefruit

Itchy everywhere!!!!!I bought this product to try a new exfoliant and now Everyone in my household is having the worst skin reaction to this product! We all have little red bumps and extremely itchy. That would be 3 of us. Worst product I ever used on my skin ever!!!

The only thing to ever help my arms!I bought this product to try to see if it would help with the break outs on my arm, after trying so many other scrubs and lotion that dermatologist recommended. Nothing help my arms only would look worst and the bumps on my arm never went away till this product!! After use most of the first bottle I saw a major difference! The bumps on my arm disappeared the redness went away and my arms cleared up completely!! There is no smell to the soap either which is nice as I was originally worried it would possible have an off putting smell, but it doesn’t! This has been an absolute lifesaver! With helping to clear my arms up I feel more confident about wearing tank tops and wearing my hair up more. The only problem is I can no longer find this scrub in my stores anywhere, I really hope the formula wasn’t changed and I can still get this.
