Love It!I personally only wear macara, but I always transition from a waterproof and a non-waterproof brands and i have found that this is the only remover I can use that get everything off on the first try! I have experimented with other removers in the past but was never satisfied because either it would sting my eyes and cause irration or it would never get everything off, even after multiple tries. I have recommended this product to friends who wear a lot of eye makeup and they are all still using it and love it! When I use this product I never have a problem with eye irration even when I need to get my bottom lashes with a Q-tip! Excellent, I love it!!!

Must-use if you wear contactsI have used at least a dozen eye make-up removers, from drug-store varieties, under $10, to high-end brands of $25+, and by far this is the best. In spring and fall I tend to develop eye allergy, that cause itchy eyes and cannot keep contacts on for longer than 2 hours. I also discovered that oil-based eye make-up remover make it worse. I tried Neutrogena Oil-Free this summer and it made such a difference. When I mentioned this to my eye doctor, she confirmed that Neutrogena Oil-free is really the best brand for people with contacts. It works for water-proof eyeliner and mascara. Am so glad I found this and am user for life now!

Best Waterproof eyemakeup remover money can buy!I used to buy high-end eye makeup removers from Sephora. However, I decided to try this one after it won best eye makeup remover from Allure, which is my favorite fashion magazine!!! I am so glad I tried it! Now, I only buy this product, because it removes every trace of mascara, even waterproof or difficult mascara. I have sensitive skin around my eyes, and trust me, this does not leave your eyes irritated or leave a sting after using it. It's also gentle enough for us contact wearers. Of course, you should remove your contacts prior to using this. ;-) This is simply the best above the rest! And easy on your wallet!

Waste of moneyHorrible! I usually use witch hazel on a cotton pad to remove makeup, but thought this might work better after reading reviews. Nope! It feels awful (imagine the feeling of wet, stringy cotton being pulled over your eyelashes, just a weird feeling), and it's SO messy. It doesn't wipe away or absorb so you can't open your eyes and you have to fumble around for water and a tissue. There's also no way to pour it onto a cotton ball without it dribbling down the sides of the bottle, making it a slippery mess. It didn't even remove all my eye makeup, just seemed to smear it around. Even plain olive oil works better.

I will never go back to wipes!I. Love. This. Stuff. I had been using the neutrogena makeup remover wipes ever since I started wearing makeup. I love them. I've tried practically every other brand of makeup wipes and they all suck compared to the neutrogena ones. But I felt like no matter how much I scrubbed my mascara off, I'd always find more black under my eyes after showers and sleeping. So I finally tried the liquid remover and my life has been changed. My waterproof mascara comes off so easily with this product. Thank you neutrogena!

One of the best!In my opinion, there’s truly no need to spend a lot of money on make up remover. Not when this one does the job beautifully. When I wear Eye make up, I go all out usually, with shadow, liner, and mascara. I don’t use waterproof mascara, but I use the waterproof mascara formula of this remover because it is so effective. I dab it on a cotton round, place it on my eyes, press gently for a few minutes and then start gently swiping the makeup away. I cannot recommend this product enough, as it is truly as effective as higher end brands that do the same thing. There is no strong scent, does the job, and leaves the skin feeling fresh and clean. Love it!
