It’s easy to make this gentle makeup remover a part of your nightly skincare routine.
To use micellar cleansing milk as an eye makeup remover, apply a small amount on a cotton pad and gently swipe over the eye area. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a towel.
To use as a face makeup remover, apply a quarter-size amount to dry skin. Massage all over, rinse with lukewarm water, and pat dry with a towel. You can also use this liquid makeup remover on a cotton pad to wipe makeup off. Be sure to rinse with lukewarm water.

Pleasantly SurprisedI dont wear makeup daily so had to wait until a day I used some to try and my oh my I am SO HAPPY I refused to let it slip my mind because this product is what I've been looking for my whole life to take mascara off, literally a few wipes on a cotton ball and wala! No annoying scent, very calming and soothing, it did burn just a tiny bit getting into the wrong part of my eye but I feel that's more on me than the milk facial wash so.. but it actually stopped as quick as it started and my eye wasnt red or irritated for a long period after. Amazing. Felt so nice I used it all over my face then toner and moisturizer. Very pleasant, permanent fixture in my bathroom cabinet!

Quality Affordable Cleansing First StepAs someone who typically sticks with higher end skincare, I was curious to experience Neutrogena's Makeup Melting Micellar Cleansing Milk. I haven't used drugstore products in a long time so I truly had no idea what to expect. That said, I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this cleanser. I used it in place of my usual cleansing balm/oil prior to using a cream cleanser. I wouldn't say it was perfect at getting makeup off- it probably got about 90% of my makeup off on its own, and that's where the 4 star review comes in. However, if you're looking for a quality makeup remover as part of a double cleanse at an affordable price, I would definitely recommend this one.

It works and does the job!I feel the product did the job with removing my makeup. Even the darkest makeup look I tried, I didn't see any part of my dark eyeshadow anywhere on my face. It was almost like it really did melt my makeup away. But why I gave it 4 stars is because I feel that I would have to stay longer near my sink to get all of my makeup off than when I am using a makeup wipe. I don't know if it's because I have dry skin and I have to use a lot of hydrating makeup and that sometimes can be a little oil than other makeups. But I would say try it and see how it is, and you might like it more than me. Again, I like it but it still takes time to take all my makeup off while still continuing my daily skincare.

It’s like all in one face cleaner.I just got my Neutrogena Makeup Melting and couldn’t wait even 1 minute to try :)
I was very curious, because last 2 weeks I got very nice feedbacks from my friends about the product. And I agreed with their opinion when I tried.
Neutrogena Makeup Melting melts into skin and removes all of your makeup extremely well! Also, much about the price so affordable than many other types.
Another important thing is This product works on waterproof mascara. Can you believe it! It’s like all in one for me.
I like better my skin after I remove my makeup with this product!
Definitely will buy again.

Great for sensitive skin.I love that the product creates zero waste and is simple to use. I have sensitive skin so the fact that it had no scent was a plus too. It's a little messy to use since it was a liquidy consistency, it just falls through your fingers. A little goes a long way unless you have a lot of eye makeup. I struggled a bit to fully remove my mascara with just the cleanser itself. I had to use a cloth to rub it in a bit. But overall worked great. Didn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. No irritation either. Highly recommended if you have sensitive skin and would like to stop creating waste with wipes.

Just okYou apply the product dry then have to wipe it off with a cotton ball. This is no better than a makeup wipe. I'd prefer a makeup wipe because it doesn't have that extra step of adding the product then wiping. You wipe and it is gone. Thus, makeup wipes are more convenient. This product only made my skin feel slightly cleaner than makeup wipes but not enough to spend more money on this than a makeup wipe. It also worked better with powder makeup than liquid. This won't clean your face alone. You'd need a second step. But, anyone who wears makeup should wash their face twice anyway.

Great but not a true stand outAfter trying Neutrogena Makeup Melting Micellar Cleansing Milk I felt that it was a good product but, overall, not unique enough to persuade me to purchase it over other similar products. I loved the consistency of the product - it was easier to use than the comperable micellar waters I've tried. In contrast I don't think it was head and shoulder above the others in terms of actual makeup removal; it got the job done but was pretty comperable to it's competitors.
I would buy the product again but have not formed a specific loyalty to it over other micellar cleansers.

Best Product Ever!I have received the Neutrogena® Makeup Melting Micellar Cleansing Milk complimentary from Home Tester Club. I think this is probably the best facial product I've ever tried + used from Neutrogena so far. Compared to other products I'd tested out in the past, two major things are: this product is completely free of alcohol and fragrance which I absolutely love about it because they totally live up to their word of being truly for sensitive skin. Without using fragrance and alcohol, it is less likely to cause any irritations, allergic reactions and flare-ups to my skin. I have dry, sensitive skin. However, my skin feels so much more nourished and soft afterwards. I will add this to my skincare routine and continue using it.
