Naturally sourced, 100% mineral sunscreen ingredients ideal for sensitive skin

Awarded the National Eczema Association Seal of Acceptance™ for persons with eczema or sensitive skin conditions.

Physical or chemical?

Physical sunscreens reflect and absorb the sun's rays, while chemical sunscreens absorb them at the skin's surface. Whichever type you choose, make sure it's Broad Spectrum, minimum 30 SPF. PURESCREEN® is a physical sunscreen technology made from naturally sourced sunscreen ingredients known to be gentle on sensitive skin. Using blends of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, PURESCREEN® technology helps form a screen between the skin and the sun to provide photostable broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.

Broad Spectrum Protection

PURESCREEN® technology absorbs, reflects, and scatters the dangerous UVA/UVB rays of the sun before they have a chance to touch your skin. Even better, the photo-protection that PURESCREEN® forms on your skin is photostable, meaning it remains effective during sun exposure.

Ideal for Babies and Sensitive Skin

PURESCREEN® technology is clinically proven to be as gentle as water on the skin’s surface making it ideal for use on babies and sensitive skin. Neutrogena® Pure & Free® Baby Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 60+ with PURESCREEN® and Neutrogena® Sensitive Skin Sunscreen SPF 60+ with PURESCREEN® technology offer superior broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection in a physical sunscreen. Neutrogena® Healthy Defense® Daily Moisturizer SPF 50 with PURESCREEN® technology is the first daily moisturizer from Neutrogena® with a physical sunscreen technology.

Applies beautifully on skin

Other physical sunscreens can be greasy, tough to rub in, and can leave a white residue on the skin. But with the innovations of PURESCREEN® technology, our experts have created a non-whitening, non-greasy formulation that is easy to spread on the skin..
