Still the best, but the fragrance changed
The original hand cream used to have such a great scent that was not overpowering. Now, they've changed it. So, I must buy the unscented. But, the quality is still excellent.

This product is perfect for my skin
I have very dry skin and as I really love to garden the dirt can be very drying. This cream is excellent. It absorbs into my skin well and makes it feel soft.

best hand cream!
I work in the health care field and have to wash my hands constantly, and wear gloves. This is the only hand cream that heals my sore, chapped hands. It is essential for me, especially in the winter when the cold and wind dries out my hands even more.

Amazing!
My hands were dry and cracked, and almost bleeding. This hand creme is amazing, it healed my dry hands and made them feel normal again.

Awful smell
Used the original Neutrogena for years. The new fragrance is awful. I returned to store. Will not use again. I do not reommend.

Yuck!!! Different formula and smell!
WHY? WHY? WHY? would you change something that was sooo good? The "new fragrance" that you so call it, is also a different formula!!! I put it on and my hands feel sticky. Its awful. Upsetting that you would change something that everyone loved. The fragrance isn't so pleasant either. For years, I used to get the original scent since I felt this was actually scentless and the fragrance free had scent. Will not be buying this product ever again. Now to find another. I HATE when companies change their products. =(

only hand cream that has worked for me
Every winter for years I have had really bad chapped hands -- dry air, washing dishes, etc. Painful, red, breaking open skin. I tried many products. I did a "big intervention" haha by not doing dishes for a few days, using this cream ALL THE TIME and (by chance) staying in a vacay house at the time that had normal humidity. By the second day, things were noticeably better. My hands were totally better within 4-5 days. Now I'm back in my dry house and washing dishes again, but I'm able to maintain the health just by using the product 2x per day. So grateful to have chanced on this product. I highly rec'd it.
